Hi, I’m Amber Lyon,
Founder of the wellness platform Modern Mind, internationally published author and self development coach helping women create a life that feels deeply aligned, abundant, and magnetic. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of women transform their lives, and now, I’m bringing my most powerful tools together in one place in The Magnetic Method.
I’ve been helping women from every age and culture to transcend their limiting beliefs, overcome challenging backgrounds and most importantly live up to their true potential. Why? Because you deserve to know what it feels like to live unencumbered by doubt or disbelief that what you want is possible, and it’s my personal mission to help as many people as I can to live in alignment with their true north.
I’m originally from New Zealand but now live in New York City. I found the world of spirituality and self development from a young age, at a time when I was seeking out the tools myself, to navigate my fathers drug addiction and the havoc that often unfolded in our house.
Fast forward to my early twenties, I devoted myself to my meditation practice and self development, found the tools of hypnosis and Neurolinguistic Programming and became certified. I started my own brand wellness brand Modern Mind over 6 years ago, run a multi-six figure business, launched my own meditation app: Magnetic, and had my first book: You Are A Magnet internationally published and translated into five languages in 2024.
I created the Magnetic Method as a full, comprehensive collection of what I’ve been working with clients on for years — getting the results you want in any area of your life.
