STEP ONE: CLARITY OF VISION

The foundation to Creative Visualisation is getting clear on the vision you wish to bring to life, and most importantly — WHY.

We most seamlessly attract things into our lives that are aligned with our life’s path. That means, when we align our vision with our authenticity — things start to happen really quickly externally. Wonderful news!

BUT HOW CAN WE GET CLEAR ON WHATS AUTHENTIC?

More than likely a new car and an extra $100k in the bank is something we all desire, but is it truly authentic? There’s nothing wrong with wanting material things, but it’s important to get clear on why we want what we do.

We can start by writing out a list of what we’d like to happen in our lives in the next FIVE YEARS.

Take some time now with a pen and paper and write out any dreams you have for your life that you’d like to experience. Don’t limit them in anyway, just keep them within the next 5 five year timeline.

When you are finished writing out your list, I want you to go through it and really look at each item on the list. What is it about it that you are hoping it will bring you? Is it security, recognition, status, delight, love, happiness OR joy?

For the purpose of this workshop — we will focus on the items that you seek to bring you DELIGHT, JOY, LOVE, SECURITY or HAPPINESS. When we focus on what brings us more love, we tend to attain faster more rewarding results.

You can choose whatever vision you’d like for your imagining — but just pick something that feels expansive and true to you. It’s really easy to get caught up in ego desires (and thats ok) but those things don’t make us feel any different when we reach them. The goal is to focus our energy on whats authentic to us and our highest path = thats how we feel great about our lives.

THE TIMING OF THE VISION:

The vision is essentially a setting or situation that you imagine you would find yourself in — IF your desire was already fulfilled. That is key to the practice, the vision should be focused on what happens just after you’ve had the experience you desire.

For example: When I was setting a vision for my book deal, my vision was my imagined scenario of being at the launch party for the book. I saw my friends and family around and although it was not super clear where we were, it was an environment that I associated with celebrating.

If we focus on energy right before, or during the attainment of what we want, our energy is still aligned with craving an experience. So it’s important for your vision to be a situation you’d find yourself in, if your desire had already been manifested.
