    Our actions, behaviours and thoughts stem from our subconscious beliefs about ourselves. In this workshop we work to uncover what they are and reprogram them.

WHERE TO START?

  • Be sure to read the below for my overarching wellness advice that will help you to have the energy to show up for the workshops and deeper practices. When you are ready, I’d recommend starting with the Magnetic Self Workshop

  • Something that I touch on in the Magnetic Self workshop is the importance of creating a morning routine. It’s an opportunity to boost our energy, align our mind, body and win the day to come. If you do not already, I highly recommend introducing the following:

    1. Waking up before you have to be up for the day. It may only be 30 minutes but it will give you a chance to collect yourself before the day begins. This is also sacred time you could use for this resource.

    2. Setting an intention for the day as soon as you rise. An intention is a simple statement that we use to direct our attention and focus for the days experiences. Let your intuition guide you and land on whatever you feel most called to embody. (For example your intention could be: To be kind with my words towards myself and others. To embody more joy. To follow through on small promises to myself. To give myself the grace to rest when I need. etc.)

    3. Scheduling in Self Care time aka doing something that fills you up. Every day is different and we can crave different things based on our mood and energy. Somedays this could look like a meditation, others it could be high intensity cardio, perhaps a morning coffee in the sun. Choose something that feels good TO YOU.

    Just one thing each morning.

  • When you’ve finished each of the workshops, it can be easy to start to slack in our practice and dedication to the work. The thing is — it takes much longer than 3 or 4 weeks to rewire our brains to adopt a new way of thinking. The key to lasting change is repetition. This is proven time and time again by neuroscience and the nature of neuroplasticity. Be sure to return to the workshops, if only for the meditations, to really get a chance to receive the benefits of rewiring your mind.

  • Welcome friend! Firstly, the meditations in the portal below are all by accredited meditation teachers that will guide you through your meditation experience. Don’t worry if it feels unnatural to begin with, it’s very normal to feel agitated or feel like you just want something to happen. The aim is to just be still with ourselves and observe our mind. No need to change it — the intention is to just simply observe. If you are flooded with thoughts, try to focus on your breathing or reciting an affirmation in your mind.
