COURSE CONTENT + SUGGESTED SCHEDULE.

The content of this course has been divided into a four week curriculum. I recommend eyeing over each section of the week to have some clarity on the direction of where you are going, then using the suggested Daily Practice as a scheduling guide. The structure of the four weeks is so that we have time to integrate new beliefs and practice without the pressure of things needing to change instantaneously. This is in order to promote pace and digestion of the work.

If you feel called to rush this workshop, perhaps challenge yourself to complete it at a slower pace than you may be used to. In order for the lessons to fully integrate we need to give our brain time to rewire and restructure according to new self talk + habits. The practices that follow may feel unfamiliar, which is perfectly natural. Give yourself and the content time to resonate. Choose to show up for the practice even if you are questioning yourself. For just four weeks, see what it would feel like to fully show up for yourself.

Content of the course is as follows:

WEEK 1: Taking inventory. Getting to know ourselves and where we are at currently.

We will do so through introducing a meditation practice (if it's not already apart of your daily routine) and journaling first thing in the morning. This first week is about creating a habit of self work. Finding a sacred time and place to perform this workshop and any future self work moving forward. A safe space where you feel comfortable to explore a new self and new habits.

DAY 1 -- Setting up a sacred safe space for this workshop and future self work
DAY 2 -- Body Scan meditation
DAY 3 -- Setting intention for the Workshop + Intention Meditation
DAY 4 -- Introducing the Morning Waterfall + Body Scan meditation
DAY 5 -- Reading over the Power of Language (being mindful of your words this weekend) + Morning Waterfall
DAY 6 -- Intention Meditation + Morning Waterfall
DAY 7 -- Body scan Meditation + Setting intention + Morning Waterfall

WEEK 2: Introducing our Magnetic Self.

After making space in our schedules for our self work ritual, we can move forward into exploring the theme of this workshop: The Magnetic Self. The second phase of this workshop is about creating a vision for ourselves and our lives. Getting clear on what it would look like to live in our authentic power -- that is to embody who we are without apology. We will do so by creating a vision board, tapping into our magnetic self through powerful visualization meditations and finding our vision holder individuals (people that already embody traits we desire).

DAY 8 -- Morning Waterfall + Meditation of choice + Vision board exercise
DAY 9 -- Morning Waterfall + Magnetic Self Meditation
DAY 10 -- Morning Waterfall + Magnetic Self Meditation + Movement
DAY 11 -- Finding your vision holders + Morning Waterfall + Magnetic Self Meditation
DAY 12 -- Morning Waterfall + Magnetic Self Meditation (of your choice) + Movement
DAY 13 -- Morning Waterfall + Magnetic Self Meditation (of your choice) + Movement
DAY 14 -- Morning Waterfall + Magnetic Self Meditation (of your choice) + Movement

WEEK 3: The restructure.

While sticking with our visualization meditations and referencing the vision work of week two, we move into phase three of the workshop: Action. This week is all about finding ways to break down our vision into daily achievable tasks. Figuring out how we can take the magnetic self we have envisioned and integrate that self into our daily routine and habits. Bringing the future vision into the present experience. We will do this through restructuring our schedule and how we spend our time. This week will also include a free course (Value clarity) which provides the tools to get clear on our values, to better understand what drives us and keeps us content.

(Weekly routine set independently)

WEEK 4: Embodiment.

The final week of the course will integrate the work of the previous three weeks in order to fully embody the magnetic self we envisioned in week two. This week will also focus on some intrinsic goal setting tools in order to remain consistent with the practice and the new habits we've set. Arguably the most important time of the course -- this week is part self guided within the container of this safe self work space, in order to promote self sufficiency. This is so that you have strength to continue with your new habits once the course is complete. Consistency is more important than perfection. The intention of week four is to really focus on all the tools we need in order to remain consistent with our visualization meditations and journaling practice.
