So what does that mean exactly? To be our most magnetic selves? 

Have you ever seen someone enter a room and so naturally, without effort command the attention of those within it? It’s an illusive concept, impossible to specifically point out. Something felt not seen. It’s the feeling of things flowing organically in life, there's a sense of effortlessness + ease. Where we feel so confident in ourselves that if that magic flow happens to stop — we are assured in our ability to handle whatever happens. Nothing can be taken from us because we are perpetually full. Full of ourselves (In the most positive connotation of the phrase).

You may have memories or moments of this feeling, or periods of your life when you embodied this with ease. Perhaps, it’s not something that’s familiar at all — that’s ok too. This course will explore where we are, where we’d like to be, habits and actionable steps followed by embodiment over the next four weeks. So let’s get to it.

Course content + Suggested Schedule

The content of this course has been divided into a four week curriculum. I recommend eyeing over each section of the week to have some clarity on the direction of where you are going, then using the suggested Daily Practice as a scheduling guide. The structure of the four weeks is so that we have time to integrate new beliefs and practice without the pressure of things needing to change instantaneously. This is in order to promote pace and digestion of the work.

If you feel called to rush the workshop, perhaps challenge yourself to complete it at a slower pace than you may be used to. In order for the lessons to fully integrate we need to give our brain time to rewire and restructure according to new self talk + habits. The practices that follow may feel unfamiliar, which is perfectly natural. Give yourself and the content time to resonate. Choose to show up for the practice even if you are questioning yourself. For just four weeks, see what it would feel like to fully show up for yourself.
